Delete your ReelTori account

You can delete your ReelTori account and the data linked to it at any time. It takes a few seconds inside the app, or you can ask us by email.
In the app (immediate)
- Open ReelTori and tap Profile at the bottom.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Delete my account, then confirm twice.
Your account is deleted straight away and the app starts again as a brand-new viewer.
By email (if you no longer have the app)
Email support@reeltori.com with the subject Delete my account, and include your Account ID. We delete it within 30 days and reply to say it is done.
Why we need the Account ID. ReelTori never asks for your name, email or phone number, so the Account ID is the only thing that tells us which account is yours. You find it at the bottom of the Profile page in the app. If you have already removed the app and do not have it, we cannot tell your account apart from anybody else’s — but nothing in it identifies you either.
What is deleted
- Your account
- Your coins and bonus coins, and your coin history
- Episodes you unlocked, and any VIP time left
- Your watch history, saved and loved dramas, and reminders
- Rewards you claimed, and your notification sign-up
What is kept
- Records of purchases — for seven years, because sales records must be kept by law. They are no longer linked to any account.
- Anonymous activity counts — for example, “an episode was started on 3 November”. They are kept so that past totals do not change, and nothing links them to you once the account is gone.
Before you delete. Coins and VIP time you paid for cannot be brought back or refunded once the account is deleted. If you pay for VIP through Google Play, deleting your account does not stop the payments — cancel it in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions as well.
